Renowned Italian sandwich brand All’Antico Vinaio is opening its first Malta outlet tomorrow, in the heart of Republic Street, Valletta.
Famous for its generously filled schiacciata sandwiches and long queues, the Florentine street food spot has grown into an international success story, with its Valletta location marking its 56th outlet worldwide.
Schiacciate come with a range of Italian meet, including sbriciolona, porchetta, mortadella, prosciutto di Parma, and Tuscan salami – and there are some vegetarian options too.
They will also launch a particularly tasty looking limited edition Maltese schiacciata, stuffed with local smoked ham, ġbejniet, roast potato cream and honey.
Doors will open at noon tomorrow, April 25th, with daily service from 10am to 10pm starting the following day.
