“This has been the essence of our existence. The desire to reward people with a great experience in return for their time. We were always motivated to ensure our guests left the restaurant as happily as possible.”

Bahia was originally based in Lija before moving to Corinthia Palace in 2022. It held a coveted Michelin star for four consecutive years between 2021 and 2024, cementing its place on Malta’s fine dining scene.

While its time at Corinthia Palace is coming to a close, this isn’t necessarily the end of Bahia.
