The Ramla Valley Estate, nestled at the base of the hill leading to Ramla Bay in Gozo, provides an idyllic setting for this remarkable event. The vineyard is sheltered by surrounding hills, which protect the vines from strong winds. The proximity of the sea creates a refreshing breeze that helps moderate the summer temperatures, preserving the grapes' acidity levels. Planted in 2001, the estate spans 4.2 hectares of land and boasts 18,000 chardonnay vines exclusively.
