The strong winds across the islands have been causing disruptions to sea travel.
Travelling between Malta and Gozo today? Be advised that Gozo Highspeed has suspended its services until further notice due to rough sea conditions.
The final trips before the suspension were:
- 12:45pm from Valletta
- 1:45pm from Mġarr Harbour (Gozo)
All subsequent voyages have been cancelled in the interest of passenger safety.
Gozo Highspeed is monitoring weather conditions and will resume operations as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, passengers are advised to stay updated via the company’s official social media channels for the latest information.
