A new garden and green space in the Gozitan village of Zebbug has just been inaugurated and is now open for all to enjoy.

The garden has been provided with the installation of benches for visitors to enjoy the views from one of the highest points in all of Malta and Gozo.

Indigenous trees and plants were also planted while the garden was cleaned off from all invasive plants and grass.

Additionally, a wooden railing was installed together with the building of the traditional Maltese rubble walls.

The garden will now continue being maintained by Zebbug Rovers Football Club who also helped in transforming it.
