This one’s for all the foodies. Local favourite One80 Kitchen & Lounge will be officially opening a new joint in Gozo. Can I get a hallelujaaah?

One80 teased the news on Facebook last week, asking patrons where they think the next One80 will be. Speaking to a One80 representative, we confirmed that the new resto will be opening for business at the seaside town of Mgarr, and it will be opening its doors around April. We feel a trip to Gozo coming on!

The fab One80 is known for exquisite dishes that are absolutely #foodgoals, and the 180-degree views (hence the name) atop Mellieha - their original spot - stretching from the Mellieha Parish to Wied ta’ Ruman, all the way to the sandy Mellieha Bay. And now that it’s branching out to Gozo, we expect nothing less than fantastic food and breath-taking views of the harbour.

Another great excuse to head to Malta’s sister isle, right?
