X’inhu?! Temperatures in Malta expected to hit real-feels of 40 at times this month
Il-Mulej maghna…

It seems Mother Nature has plans to crank up the heat on our rock as particularly sweltering weather is expected at times this month.

“Temperatures are expected to increase significantly across Malta and Gozo by the end of this month and will feel as hot as 40°C at times as hot air from the Sahara Desert penetrates the central Mediterranean,” Malta Weather said on social media.

While it’s technically not summer yet, we can all agree that the summer heat creeps its way in quite early, with many of us complaining about it as early as May #Guilty. And, if it’s going to remain this way in summer, it might be time to carry around that imrewha and fan yourself all day long.

Obviously, sunscreen and a good sun hat are also great options. You wouldn’t want a nasty burn!
