It’s all happening on the 22nd and 23rd May!

If you’re a foodie – you're in luck! For just two evenings this May, Risette will present what promises to be one of the island’s most sophisticated dining events to date.

On the 22nd and 23rd of May, the restaurant will host an exclusive ‘4 Hands Dinner’ in collaboration with renowned French chef Pascal Barbot of Paris’s L’Astrance, celebrated worldwide for its innovative approach to cuisine and distinguished three Michelin stars. This unique partnership blends two culinary perspectives, bringing together Malta’s character and Parisian creativity in one refined experience.

The concept is rooted in the essence of the Maltese sea. Guests can expect a menu centered on exceptional local fish and seafood, reimagined through a shared commitment to precision, imagination, and respect for quality ingredients. Each course will tell its own story, combining a sense of place with a fresh, artistic vision.

With only a limited number of seats available, this exclusive two-night event is set to be truly memorable. To secure your reservation, email [email protected] or call 2122 4821.

Will you be attending this special night?
