The Maltese islands will be home to one very special visitor next week…

TVM News have just reported that world class Dutch violinist André Rieu will be visiting the Maltese islands for a couple of hours next Monday.

Rieu, it was reported, will be meeting fans in Valletta at around 3pm, where he will also be revealing details about his first ever Maltese concert, set to take place next year.

The Dutch violinist is best-known for creating the well-known Johann Strauss Orchestra, together with which he tours the world performing.

Rieu is, in fact, scheduled to play at countless European destinations – such as Maastricht, Frankfurt, and Vienna – all the way until August 2023.

TVM noted that the violinist will be going around the main roads between Valletta and The Granaries, Floriana, the very same spot where he is set to perform with the Johann Strauss Orchestra next year.
