Wellness & heritage! ‘Echoes of Calm’ brings relaxation to Mdina’s National Museum of Natural History this March
Heritage Malta is inviting the public to slow down and reconnect with themselves through a unique wellness experience set within one of the island’s most tranquil cultural spaces. Titled Echoes of Calm, the guided yoga session will take place on Saturday 7th March from 5:15pm to 6:15pm at the National Museum of Natural History in Mdina.
Situated within the Silent City, the museum’s quiet and enclosed surroundings offer a peaceful atmosphere that encourages participants to step away from daily stresses and immerse themselves in the present moment. The session has been carefully designed to promote relaxation, release built-up tension and restore balance through gentle yoga movements combined with mindful breathing techniques.
Open to everyone, Echoes of Calm welcomes both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners, making it an accessible and inclusive event for all. Participants are simply asked to bring along their own yoga mat, a towel and water to ensure a comfortable experience.
By blending wellness with heritage, the event highlights how Malta’s cultural spaces can also serve as places for reflection and self-care. With limited spaces available, those interested are encouraged to book early. Reservations can be made online or in person at any Heritage Malta museum or site.
Echoes of Calm promises an hour of tranquillity in a truly unique setting, offering a refreshing way to unwind while surrounded by Malta’s natural history.
