Remember Francesca – the adorable three-year-old model with Down Syndrome? Well, she won big during last weekend’s modelling show by Ivan Gaffiero, and is so adorable our hearts are about to burst!

Francesca won not one but THREE awards over the weekend, during the modelling show by Gaffiero Productions. You go, girl! Her'e what she won:

2. Best Televoting

3. Second in her category

“Thanks, Ivan Gaffiero for this opportunity and thanks to all the people that support inclusion and voted for Franny. You are the change!” wrote her mother Michelle on Facebook. The post received nearly 600 reactions and over 200 comments congratulating Francesca and sending well wishes.
