WATCH: Gale force winds didn't stop these guys from working out this morning
We're not sure that's the wisest thing to do right now...

Despite weather forecasts warning of a F7 wind battering the island today, and health directives insisting we apply social distancing, a group of four people still wandered out to a rocky beach in Sliema for their morning work out.

The short clip shows the daredevil group exercising together as strong waves crash against the rocks around them. While keeping at a relatively safe distance, the group 

The high winds won't be going anywhere and are expected to peak today then decrease over the coming days. A further incentive to stay in is the promise of rain, in various intensities, which is expected to persist till the end of the week. As health as exercise is for all of us, its best to exercise indoors for the time being.
