Emma Muscat is mourning the loss of one of her beloved family members – the Muscat family dog, Pearl. “My love. Today was the hardest day of my life...the day we part ways,” she starts off in a post captioning memories and moments of her life with Pearl.

“I never knew a pain this deep could ever exist.. yet here I am missing you more and more by the second. You already heard me express my undying love for you a million times, but I just want to show the world what an incredible, loving, beautiful, lively, sensitive and caring baby girl you were.”

“I’m so glad we gave you the best life any dog could ever deserve. We saved you when you were young, and now you save us. We were your angel, and now you’re ours. Rest In Peace Pearly, we’ll love you forever and ever and ever special girl. - your big sister.”
