The Creepers will be making a highly anticipated return for an unforgettable evening at the Aria Complex in San Gwann on Friday, the 13th of October.

Established in 2010, The Creepers introduced vintage American blues to the island of Malta, showcasing a range of styles from the early pioneers of amplified Chicago blues to contemporary acts.

The band draws inspiration from esteemed artists such as Junior Parker, Little Walter, Ronnie Earl, and Mark Hummel, resulting in an electrifying performance every time they grace the stage.

The original lineup of The Creepers comprised Steve Van Der Nat from Holland on guitars and vocals, Patrick Camilleri from Malta on drums, Antoine Tonna from Malta on bass guitar, and Gilberto Arredondo from America on harmonica and vocals. This unique blend of their talents creates a captivating and energetic atmosphere during their live shows.

One notable guest musician joining The Creepers for this gig is Thomas Toussaint, an award-winning harmonica player and singer known for his expertise in blues, roots, and rhythm & blues. His addition to the lineup will undoubtedly enhance the overall musical experience. In addition, the band will be joined by Mr. Ben Bailey, the current guitarist and vocalist from Vinyl Paradise, as well as the extraordinary Mark Kram on Keyboards, who will be joining the band on stage.

Originally scheduled for their 10th year anniversary in 2020, The Creepers' celebratory gig was unfortunately postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tragically, later that year, Gilberto Arredondo, passed away unexpectedly.

This upcoming performance serves as an opportunity for the remaining band members and friends to honour Gilberto's life and his musical contributions. Notably, Gilberto was the first-ever harmonica player residing in Malta to perform this style of music, making his legacy even more significant.
