Spring, where are you? Cooler weather and strong winds expected from Friday onwards
Today’s warm temperatures are not expected to last…

Emma Galea

Today, Thursday 13th April, Malta’s temperatures are expected to reach a whopping 25°C but this is not expected to last, as much cooler weather is on its way.

“A zone of low pressure from over Europe is expected to reach the central Mediterranean on Friday”, the weather page ‘Maltese Islands Weather’ reported.

Therefore, cooler temperatures, strong winds and even rain are to be expected.

The wind is set to go as high as Force six this coming Friday while the temperature reaches an 11°C low.

This is predicted to last for the rest of the weekend with isolated showers being highly likely on Sunday 16th April.

Such weather will continue for the rest of the first half of next week so don’t put your winter and warmer clothes away just yet!
