Yup! It’s happening. This weekend Lockdown Festival is the best way to spend quarantine, listening to some banging tunes. Possibly a first of its kind, Lockdown Festival is just what everyone needed during these gloomy times.

Being done over the course of three days, both local and international artists will be taking the stage – or erm, their homes or studios – to live stream their session on the Lockdown Festival Facebook page.

This festival is being done to support artists whose lives have been flipped on their heads with gigs and shows being cancelled. While the festival is free, it is encouraged that anyone watching donates whatever they can to the ZAAR page. This way, you’ll be enjoying some entertainment in the comfort of your own home and supporting these artists in the best way possible.

Artists performing this weekend include Sam Christie, Oxygyn, Dav. Jr, The New Victorians, Moveo Dance Company, and so many more.
