Fort St Elmo and the National War Museum have announced a temporary change to their opening schedule, as shared on their official social media pages. From now until the end of February, the site will be closed on Tuesdays.

On all other days of the week, Fort St Elmo and the National War Museum will continue to welcome visitors during their regular opening hours, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with last admission at 4:30pm. This allows guests time to explore the historic fortifications and the museum’s extensive exhibitions, which document Malta’s rich military and wartime history.

Fort St Elmo remains one of Malta’s most significant heritage sites, offering panoramic views of the Grand Harbour and an in-depth look into the island’s strategic past.
