A Filipino and a Korean restaurant have joined forces to launch a fusion eatery in Valletta – and it’s opening its doors tomorrow!

BAP is a collaboration between Pinoy Street Food and Seoul Food, a Korean restaurant.

From chicken adobo and sisig to sinigang and lumpiang spring rolls, a wide range of Filipino classics are on the menu.

But if you’re in the mood for something more Far Eastern, you can opt for a Korean classic like bibimbap or try out some of their thinly sliced grilled meats, naturally served with a side of kimchi.

There are several vegetarian and vegan options too.

BAP is set to open in St Zachary Street, Valletta, welcoming its first customers tomorrow.
