Chef Laszlo Sragli has made a highly anticipated return to Fernandõ Gastrotheque, bringing renewed energy to the renowned dining destination in Sliema. With more than two decades of experience in fine dining, his comeback marks an important moment for the restaurant, where he previously guided the kitchen during the early stages of its Michelin-star recognition.

Originally from Hungary, Chef Sragli has spent over 15 years building his career in Malta, complemented by experience across Europe and Southeast Asia. Throughout his journey, he has played key roles in kitchen design, team leadership, and maintaining high culinary standards.

His cooking is a blend of Mediterranean and French influences with a modern touch. Known for his focus on seasonal ingredients and refined techniques, his return is a fresh chapter for the restaurant as it looks toward continued excellence.
