This weekend, a powerful storm swept across the region, leaving its mark with fierce winds and tumultuous seas. Amidst the chaos, the Gozo Channel, stood as a majestic reminder of nature's raw power, as captured brilliantly by Mario Muscat, who shared his photos on the Facebook group ‘Our Islands Photography and Art’.

The usually serene waters and steady boat ride transformed into a spectacle of crashing waves and turbulent currents, reflecting the intensity of the storm.

As the winds howled and the waves surged, the Gozo Channel became an enthralling display of resilience against the forces of nature. The ferocity of the storm only served to enhance the channel's natural beauty, with frothy whitecaps dancing across the surface of the water.
