It looks like Buqana Road’s structural makeover is almost ready to be unveiled and, with works nearing their end, these are the road closures you need to be aware of this week for a hassle-free transit.

1. Monday 30th September, 8pm – 5am

Buqana Road and part of San Pawl tal-Qliegha Road will be closed in both directions, so if you have post-work drinks tonight, time to think of an alternative route.

2. Tuesday 1st October, 8pm - 5am

There will be no access from Sriedek roundabout at the Mosta end of Buqana Road to Sir Temi Zammit Road and vice versa. Mgarr residents take note!

3. Wednesday 2nd October, 8pm-5am

Sriedek roundabout and its Ta' Zejfa Road approach lanes and exits will all be closed during the night. If this is your usual way into Mosta, it's probably best to start exploring new routes from today.

The roundabout at the Mosta end of Buqana Road will be closed.
