The owner of a chain of shops in Qormi, Zabbar and Marsaskala today announced that from today, all Ta’ Ganza stores will be closing and transferring its business to a delivery-only basis.

The shop, which falls under the list of essential establishments allowed to remain open during this time, took the hard decision to temporarily close its doors: “It wasn’t an easy decision. We all have families at home but this way our clients will still be served and everybody will be happy.”

The decision comes despite having all stores follow recommended measures by health authorities: “We’ve taken A LOT of precautions at the shops but it’s still not enough. No matter what you do, it is never enough!”

The owner continued to reveal that while no Coronavirus cases were reported at the shops, all establishments will be fumigated tomorrow morning: “We hope everyone can understand that what we’re doing is for everyone’s benefit,” the post concluded.
