Forza Malta!

What gems these guys are! Back in March, local eateries The Pulled Meat Company and Briju headed by local chef Rafel Sammut joined forces and announced their Victory Kitchen concept with the goal to feed at least one hungry family a day.

In their first week, the concept smashed its goal, feeding 18 families (65 meals). And now, they've hit another incredible milestone.

Victory Kitchen has served 12,000 meals in just over 9 weeks,” says Rafel. “Amazing what can be achieved when people work towards a common goal."

With eight kitchens and eight chefs all pulling the same rope, Rafel still appeals for anyone to help out if possible. “But we need more help if we are to sustain these numbers once we re-open in a couple of weeks."

“MASSIVE Thank you - to everyone who has helped in any way over the past two months, be it through sponsors, their time or efforts."
