Unbreakable spirits fighting for iron minds!

Jonathan Caruana and Mark Galea, two dedicated Maltese athletes, will be undertaking an extraordinary challenge - completing four Half Ironman races over four consecutive days, starting today, March 28th. This ambitious endeavour aims to raise awareness about the critical link between physical exercise and mental health.

Each day, the duo will swim 1.9 kilometres, cycle 90 kilometres, and run 21 kilometres, mirroring the gruelling demands of a Half Ironman triathlon. Their mission is to spark a vital conversation about men's mental health, demonstrating how physical endurance can positively influence mental well-being.

Jonathan Caruana, an online running and triathlon coach, has been instrumental in preparing for this challenge. He's dedicated to both his personal athletic pursuits and his commitment to promoting a holistic approach to health.

The 'Iron Minds' initiative is more than a test of physical stamina - it's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of addressing mental health openly. By pushing their limits, Jonathan and Mark hope to inspire others to prioritise their mental well-being and break the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

As they embark on this remarkable journey, let's rally behind them and support their cause!

Best of luck to Jonathan and Mark!
