Malta is set to experience a taste of early summer this Saturday, with temperatures expected to climb to a high of 28°C and a real feel of 31°C across the islands. According to the latest forecast by Maltese Islands Weather, sunny skies and light northwesterly winds will dominate the day, creating ideal conditions for outdoor activities, beach outings and weekend gatherings.

While the actual air temperature is forecast to reach 28°C, humidity levels and direct sunshine will make conditions feel noticeably hotter, pushing the real feel temperature to 31°C. The strong sunshine, combined with a UV index of 10, means residents and visitors are being encouraged to stay hydrated, wear sunscreen and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during peak afternoon hours.

Sea conditions are also expected to remain slight, with negligible swell and northwesterly wave direction, making it a favourable weekend for swimming, boating and seaside relaxation. Rain is highly unlikely, with only a 5% chance of precipitation forecast and no rainfall expected.

Saturday’s weather continues a warming trend across the Maltese Islands, with temperatures gradually increasing throughout the week. The sunny and dry conditions are expected to attract many people outdoors as summer-like weather settles earlier than usual.

Whether heading to the beach, dining outdoors or attending local events, Saturday is shaping up to be one of the hottest and brightest days of the week, giving Malta a glimpse of the summer season ahead.
