Heads up! Valletta ferry services to Sliema and the Three Cities suspended for Monday 7th April due to rough seas
The strong winds have caused swell in the Marsamxett and Grand Harbours

An important update for anyone planning on travelling to or from Valletta via ferry today – there won’t be any service to Sliema or the Three Cities today, Monday 7th April, due to rough seas. The strong winds blowing over the islands has caused a significant amount of swell in the Marsamxett and Grand Harbours, making it unsafe for ferries to travel between the seaside towns and cities.

The last trip left Valletta at 9 AM, after which the service was suspended till further notice. Passengers are advised to keep themselves informed via the Valletta Ferry Services Facebook page, for updates as to when the service will resume.

Were you planning on crossing to Valletta via ferry today?
