All of Friday and Saturday trips have been cancelled.

We can all vouch that the weather has not been favourable over the last few days. And, if you were aiming for a beach day or a sunny picnic, think again because it’s not looking pretty for the weekend either!

In fact, Virtu Ferries have just announced on their Facebook page that they have cancelled ALL of their trips for Friday 19th and Saturday 20th May due to unfavourable sea conditions.

ℹ️19/05/23 & 20/05/23 Please be advised that there will be no trips held due to unfavourable sea conditions.

Wind and horrid sea conditions are not the only weather phenomenon that we can expect this weekend. Apparently, we’re also looking at sandy rain and occasional rain showers.

We hope you didn’t pack all of your jumpers and raincoats just yet...it looks like we’re going to be needing them for a while longer this year!

Are you a fan of summer or winter weather?
