Farewell! Hamrun’s iconic Bandit restaurant set to close down by the end of October
A tearful goodbye to one of Malta’s most popular eateries.

The iconic Hamrun restaurant, Bandit has announced on their social media that they will be officially closing down.

Their last opening day will be on the 31st October, 2023 so if you’re in the mood for one of their dishes, this month is likely the last time you’ll get the chance.

Bandit was particularly known for their larger than life juicy burgers. They didn’t adopt “eat irresponsibly” as their slogan for nothing.

Nonetheless, there is still hope as they are open to the possibility of opening up a new restaurant in a new location but nothing is set on stone just yet.

“Thank you for the adventure and adieu!”, they wrote.

They had been open since 2018.

4th October 2023
