The coffee shop is set to have a prominent seating area within the airport’s food court.
The popular French café brand PAUL Le Café is set to make its Maltese debut with a new outlet at the Malta International Airport (MIA) food court. This exciting development was first reported by WhosWho.mt, showcasing photos of a temporary setup that hints at the café’s upcoming launch.
The outlet will occupy a prominent seating area within the food court, near the stairs connecting the two floors of the space. With its strategic location, PAUL Le Café is poised to attract both travellers and locals who frequent the airport. Malta International Airport’s food court has become a dining hub not just for passengers but also for residents in the area.

Currently, MIA’s arrivals and departures area hosts several popular names, including Sunday in Scotland, Costa Coffee, and the recently launched Tat-Te. The addition of PAUL Le Café further strengthens the food court’s diverse offerings.
The food court at MIA has undergone significant evolution since it first opened on Level -1 in 2009. Following a major refurbishment in 2022, the area expanded its lineup of dining options, enhancing its appeal as a destination for both dining and leisure.
With PAUL Le Café’s renowned reputation for French pastries, breads, and coffee, this latest addition is expected to elevate the dining experience at Malta’s only airport.
