Crafting Clay – Handbuilding Heads Workshop is the second session in the Crafting Clay series at Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum, focusing on the art of head sculpting through clay. Taking place on 16th May 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm, the workshop is led by renowned sculptor, art historian, and curator Francesca Balzan, who will introduce participants to her creative process before guiding them in shaping their own clay heads. The session also includes a short thematic tour of Palazzo Falson, exploring its collection of heads and busts for inspiration. Designed for participants aged 16 and over, the workshop offers a hands-on artistic experience blending observation, technique, and personal expression. Spaces are limited, and advance booking is required.
