Waving goodbye to sumptuous sunsets at Salini!

L’Orangerie Bistro, located on the outskirts of Naxxar on Salini Road, has announced its closure after three years of serving as a cherished dining spot for locals and visitors alike. Known for its creative dishes and intimate atmosphere, the bistro became a favourite among many, particularly for its signature Garganelli with Parmesan Cream, Pistachio, Guanciale, and Blood Orange Caviar.

Over the years, L’Orangerie also hosted a series of popular wine events, pairing fine wines with delicious cuisine. Guests fondly recall evenings spent on the bistro’s terrace, watching stunning sunsets that matched the colour of their divine aperitivi.

The owners, Tonio and Christine, expressed heartfelt gratitude to their patrons for the support and connections formed throughout their journey. They also thanked the staff that stood by them in these three years of service. While the decision to close marks the end of an era, the memories forged within its walls remain a testament to the bistro’s impact.

Will you miss the hidden spot in Salini?
