Chef Daniel Grech is well known on the islands as the incredible chef behind the tasty creations at Valletta’s Burgers Ink among other establishments, and now, he's got his sights set on the next big thing. Yesterday night, Daniel posted to socials about an upcoming cooking show project (right?!), and our inner foodies were immediately intrigued.

“It’s going to be a cooking reality show, where I cook with people who have an amazing story,” Daniel tells us when we reach out. He explains that he’ll be invited into their homes so they can cook together. “Obviously, I’ll be testing their cooking skills, watching them make mistakes and correcting them in a rude but funny way... and pressuring them!”

Daniel explains that while it’s a cooking show, it will also be about the stories of these local people. “After [the cooking session] we'll interview them and talk about their life story. It’s a show involving life stories, food, family and funny kitchen moments.”

And while Chef Daniel couldn’t reveal the name of the cooking show, he does say that it will be “coming very very soon.”
