Delta Goodrem, celebrated Australian singer-songwriter, has tied the knot with longtime partner Matthew Copley in a luxurious, multi-day celebration in Malta. The intimate wedding, steeped in Mediterranean elegance, echoes the couple's deep connection to the island, where Matthew Copley’s family originates and where the couple was previously engaged.

The ceremony, held on 16th June 2025, brought together close friends and family, including TV personalities Renee Bargh, Airlie Walsh, and entertainment legend Richard Wilkins, alongside Delta Goodrem’s mother and brother. Guests were treated to a ‘recovery party’ the next day by the Mediterranean’s glittering shore, where Delta dazzled in a turquoise toga-style dress and even took a celebratory dip in the sea.

The couple has shared a romantic, private bond since meeting in 2017 during Delta’s tour, and their engagement took place in Malta in September 2023 with violin accompaniment, rose petals, and heartfelt words: “My best friend asked me to marry him”. Their shared life in music has only grown stronger: she’s the vocalist, he’s a guitarist...making them the perfect team.

Malta has held special significance. Delta fell in love with its people and scenery, learning Maltese and embracing the culture - and several of her band members are Maltese too.

Congratulations go to the happy couple!
