Dre’s Grill has made history by creating Malta’s largest smashed burger, measuring an incredible 116 centimetres in height. The towering creation was revealed on Saturday in Gharghur and officially recognised by The Malta Records.

The colossal burger was built with impressive precision, featuring 102 beef patties weighing 100g each, stacked with 204 slices of bacon and 102 slices of cheese.

Owner Andre Galea described the achievement as a proud moment for his team, highlighting their dedication to quality and passion for the craft. ‘It’s more than just a record—it’s a celebration of what we do and why we do it,’ he said.

To mark the occasion and share the joy, the grill also gave back to the community by donating 50 burgers to Caritas Malta, showing that their success is about more than just size - it’s about heart.

With this sizzling milestone, Dre’s Grill has raised the bar (and the burger) for Malta’s culinary scene.

Do you enjoy a good burger?
