Attention drivers! This major part of the Marsa-Hamrun bypass will be closed for “several weeks”
Don’t say we didn’t warn ya!

Halfway there! Infrastructure Malta has shared that works on the third flyover wing wall of the Marsa-Hamrun Bypass have begun, urging drivers who pass through that area to follow the alternative routes signs.

“After rebuilding two of the four Marsa-Hamrun Bypass flyover wing walls, we are now starting the third one,” they announce. “The on-ramp connecting the roundabout beneath the flyover with the southbound carriageway of the Bypass, towards Marsa, is closed for several weeks during these works, to ensure road users’ and workers’ safety.”

“Follow diversion signs to alternative routes through Qormi,” they urge, thanking everyone in advance for their cooperation as they complete the works.
