According to local Facebook page, Maltese Islands Weather (MIW), tomorrow’s temperature highs of 33°C will feel as hot as 39°C.

The country’s Meteorological Office, housed within the Malta International Airport, records similar figures for tomorrow, citing a Real Feel temperature of 37°C.

Thankfully, both entities report a dip in temperature over the following days. MIW forecasts highs of 32°C for Sunday (Real Feel 36°C) and 30°C for the rest of the week. The Real Feel is also set to drop from 36°C to 32°C throughout the course of the week.

The Met Office forecasts highs of 31°C on Sunday, a rise to 32°C on Monday, a drop to 30°C on Tuesday and Wednesday, and another drop to 29°C on Thursday.

Despite the cooler temperatures, the UV index is set to remain rather high.

Are you going to miss summer?
