An outrageous (& possibly true) theory about who built Malta's megalithic temples
Were Malta's Temples actually power stations built by an advanced ancient civilisation?
Why did archaeologists assume that the only plausible reason why the ancients would build massive structures must have been worship? What if the megalithic temples were not temples at all, but power stations?
Perhaps the temples are much older than we imagine, built by a more advanced civilisation, and the artefacts and bones found therein are only the remnants of usage by a later, more primitive, people adopting the structure for other purposes.
Before you start scoffing, let's just offer a gentle reminder about the paradigm shift required by the Copernican revolution, that demanded a change in the view of the cosmos from having Earth stationary at the center of the universe to the heliocentric model with the sun at the center of the Solar System, or the shift from flat-Earth to a spherical-Earth.
Here's why the power station theory might be a rather plausible possibility for why stone circles and megalithic structures, like those found in Malta, were built.
In November 2019, a geophysics survey at Airigh na Beinne Bige stone circle in Scotland revealed a star-shaped magnetic anomaly at the centre. This indicated several lighting strikes had hit at that precise spot, giving rise to the first consideration that ancient stone circles had been conduits for lightning strikes.
But even before that discovery, one can note that the shape of Mnajdra or Hagar Qim, for example, is easily comparable to a magnetron. A magnetron is basically an electron tube that generates or amplifies microwaves, with the flow of electrons controlled by an external magnetic field.
Now let's take a closer look at one of the apses that all Maltese temples possess. These are shaped much like the resonating cavities in a magnetron. Due to the infinity shape (∞) of the movement of the electricity created, two opposite apses would be sufficient for the desired effect.
Let us assume that some pointy thing - a tall tree or standing stone for example - would attract lighting to the centre of the structure. Lightning happens when a negative charge (electrons) at the bottom of a cloud are attracted to the positive charge (protons) in the ground. Due to their intrinsic behaviour, the electrons would begin spiralling outward from the centre.
The apse opening creates the charge separation that creates a constant electric field across it, much like a capacitor. Again, due to the intrinsic behaviour of electrons, a rotating current around the circular shape will create a magnetic field going perpendicular in and out of the plane of that circle, that’s much like an inductor with one turn. As this process occurs in both directions, voila, you get electromagnetic radiation.
I'll admit I'm no electronics expert, but this guy seems to be. He can explain it better.
And that's not all to wonder about. The apses would not only create electromagnetic radiation but also amplify it, so a small charge might create a very strong current.
But one can't rely on stormy weather for power, especially in a place like Malta. Hence the orientation of the megalithic structures. The sun's energy gets to Earth through radiation, as light or electromagnetic radiation. And so the same process goes on.
Why build power stations at a time before technology? Again, the absence of ancient advanced technology is only an assumption. OOPArts (out of place artefacts) continue to create controversy in the archaeological field. These images, fossils and artefacts challenge the classic timeline. From dinosaurs to planes and spaceships, such images are known to be depicted on ancient structures such as Angkor Wat and the Pyramids. But some artefacts are man-made objects that are well ahead of their time, at times found in sedimentary rock millions of years old.
Have you heard of the alleged 3000-year-old Istanbul Rocket?
Or the Quimbaya Artefacts of the same age?
How about the Sumerian Tablets?
Or, simply, the hieroglyphs on the Abydos pyramids?
Just consider if we all disappeared overnight in a nuclear blast, what would remain of our civilisation? Probably very little. Not computers nor space shuttles would survive the test of thousands of years or erosion and being swallowed up by nature. A new civilisation could never guess that a more advanced one (perhaps one that already knew how to harness free energy just as Nikola Tesla had proposed) had existed before it.
