Rossopomodoro, Malta’s home for authentic Neapolitan flavours, has revealed its brand-new 2025 menu - a celebration of tradition and creativity from Naples. Packed with variety and soul, the refreshed lineup caters to both devoted pizza lovers and adventurous diners.

The journey begins with Apericena, a tempting selection of small bites. Guests can enjoy three dishes for just €10, with options such as Zeppoline di Mare, Olive all’Ascolana, Mozzarelline Fritte, and Arancini Ragu. Perfect for sharing, the Aperol Spritz Tower, available in sets of four (€25) or eight (€50), sets the tone for a relaxed meal.
Antipasti dishes highlight Italian classics with a twist, from the fresh Bufala e Caprese to indulgent Burrata e Verdure Grigliate. For seafood fans, the Calamari zeppole e zucchini offers a crisp and delicate bite.
At the heart of the menu is, of course, pizza. Made with 24-hour matured dough, Rossopomodoro’s pizzas range from timeless Margherita and Diavola to creative offerings like the Zucchinetta and Parmigianina. Stuffed-crust lovers can dive into indulgent calzones such as the Fritta Mozzarella e Pomodoro. A wide selection of toppings allows for endless customisation.

The Pasta & Riso section delivers comforting yet refined dishes, from simple Spaghetti Pomodorini e Basilico to luxurious Tagliatelle ai Gamberi e Pesto di Pistacchio. Seafood stars in plates like Fregola ai Frutti di Mare and Paccheri Pesce Spada.

Beyond pasta and pizza, Secondi mains like the Grigliata Mista di Carne and Grigliata Mista di Pesce provide hearty options, while the Panuozzi sandwiches, crafted from pizza dough, offer a unique Neapolitan twist.

With lighter salads, family-friendly kids’ meals, and locations across The Point, Mriehel, Kalkara Marina, and Shoreline Mall, Rossopomodoro continues to bring the taste of Naples to Malta - crafted with heart and served with flair.
