Some of our customer favourites include the Slow Cooked Pork Cheeks – a comforting starter served with celeriac purée, sage and their own rich jus. The Tegamino, one of il-Kċina’s signature dishes, is a bubbling seafood medley in a house-made lobster and prawn bisque, sealed in a terracotta bowl with a golden layer of pizza dough. For something familiar yet indulgent, the classic Spaghetti Carbonara is a top pick, made with crispy guanciale, creamy egg yolks, Pecorino Romano and delicate truffle shavings. Plus, daily specials bring fresh ideas and seasonal creativity to the table, so every visit offers something new to discover.
