A Japanese bakery is soon bringing the iconic Japanese delicacy that is souffle pancakes to Malta for the very first time.

The bakery, Fuwamai, is set to open soon in the heart of the bustling town of St Julian’s and will be serving all kinds of souffle Japanese pancakes.

One such pancake that Fuwamai have announced they will be serving is the ‘Lemon Curd & Mascarpone Pancake’. They described it as a pancake “where flavour meets innovation!”.

They have also announced that they are set to offer coffee cinnamon rolls on their menu.
