The picturesque island of Gozo is gearing up for a month-long celebration as an exciting Easter programme for locals and visitors alike has just been revealed. From the 1st to the 31st of March, Gozo will come alive with a plethora of activities honouring Lent, Good Friday, and Easter.

This cultural programme is aimed at preserving the significance of Gozitan traditions while welcoming tourists to experience the island's authentic Easter festivities. With events designed to engage the entire family, Gozo promises an inclusive Easter experience like no other.

The 'Easter in Gozo' programme, crafted by the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, offers a wide range of activities. From solemn Good Friday processions to uplifting concerts of sacred music, and exhibitions of visual art, there's something for everyone.

Not to mention the joyous Easter celebrations featuring the Statue of the Resurrection and specially curated activities for children, the programme ensures a rich variety of cultural experiences.

Beyond its natural beauty, Gozo holds a treasure trove of cultural heritage, making it an enticing destination throughout the year.
