The Gozitan village of Xewkija will once again provide a setting for the much-awaited Food Festival on the sister island, this time taking place on the weekend of the 11th and the 12th of July.
On both evenings starting at 6pm, the Xewkija village square will be filled with stalls providing food from international cuisines, complemented by live music and cultural festivities. Attendees will be spoilt for choice with dishes varying from street food to gourmet fare, both savoury and sweet, all prepared by dedicated chefs.
Everyone is encouraged to bring the whole family along as there definitely will be fun for the whole family with live music being performed throughout the night, providing a delightful soundtrack to the gastronomical experience of the year.
In addition, there will be a special wine selection and wine tasting for visitors to enjoy a holistic experience.
