An aperitif to wash away the work stress.

A good drink after work always helps ease us into the weekend. Fight the stress of the office with a couple of drinks, catch up with some good friends and talk about your days.
Finding the best spot to grab a drink may seem tough as the autumn weather starts kicking in, but these 10 spots will sort you out nice and quick.
1. Il-Gabbana, Sliema
The green kiosk on the Sliema Promenade with tonnes of drinks choices, a full menu and a fantastic view. Il-Gabbana is pet friendly too so your dog can feel free to tag along.
2. Giorgio’s, Sliema
Giorgio’s is a great spot to sit and chill after a day’s work and a spot of retail therapy. Grab a stiff drink and a bite to eat before you call your taxi home!
3. The Dubliner, St Julian’s
Can anybody in their right mind refuse pub food and a pint of Guinness? I thought not. The Dubliner is decked out with some cold brews and some seriously good pub grub.
4. Fat Harry’s, Bugibba
Classic weekend pub but also up to the task after a hard day at the office where all hope seems lost before the trusty pint of Blue Label Amber Ale comes your way. Listen to some good music in a retro environment and live outside the office for a change.
5. O'Reilly's, Bugibba
Cocktails on your mind? Look no further than O’Reilly’s - the Irish Pub that will whip up a ginormous cocktail in minutes for you and your pals to share.
6. The Londoner, Smart City, Kalkara
Uninterrupted views, modern pub layout, top beers, tasty food and great service - The Londoner is the place to be if you're looking for a hangout in the south.
7. Beer Kitchen, Skyparks, Luqa
Beer Kitchen is your first choice if you’re looking to sample a few good beers. Head over to Skyparks with your mates after work. Stop drinking before a random flight outside the islands seems like an excellent idea.
8. Zmerc, Attard
Hungry but don’t have the spare cash for food? Zmerc will take care of that! Drive yourself to Attard, order a few rounds and you’ll find an array of local and western food swiftly landing on your table.
9. Gleneagles, Mgarr, Gozo
Heading to the sister isle? Cheap drinks, a killer vibe and a fun location, Gleneagles is situated within close range of Gozo's Mgarr Harbour, and never disappoints with its funky memorabilia on the walls and laidback atmosphere.
10. MoJo’s, Victoria, Gozo
Another great spot in Gozo to chill, grab a coffee or a real drink and enjoy some good food with the most genuine of staff. Get here early as this place is rockin’ and the seats run out quickly.
Take a sip, kick your feet up and forget about the day, enjoy the music, the environment and most of all, the company!
