It’s all happening on Friday 1st May 2026!

Lyndsey Grima

British soul singer-songwriter James Morrison will take the stage in Malta for the very first time on Friday, 1st May 2026, at the MFCC, Ta’ Qali.

Famed for his soulful voice, emotional honesty, and timeless hits, James Morrison’s debut promises a night of heartfelt music and powerful connection.

The concert comes as part of Morrison’s remarkable return to the spotlight following a period of personal struggle and renewal. His latest album, Fight Another Day, marks a new chapter; a collection of songs that celebrate love, resilience, and hope. Critics have praised it as his most personal and uplifting record, reflecting an artist who has turned pain into strength.

Since his breakthrough in 2006 with You Give Me Something, Morrison has become a defining voice in modern soul. Tracks like Broken Strings, Wonderful World, and I Won’t Let You Go have earned him millions of fans around the world. Now, Maltese audiences will finally experience those classics, and his new material, performed live in his signature soulful style.

Behind the music lies a story of courage. After the devastating loss of his long-time partner, Morrison took time away from the spotlight to rebuild his life. Fight Another Day captures that journey.

Organised by BLS Entertainment, the company behind Malta’s Vernal Festival and Fusion Festival, this concert continues their tradition of bringing world-class artists to local audiences.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, 15th November, with a €10 early bird discount for a limited time. Secure yours at showshappening.com.
