Five different stages will feature diverse musical styles, with over 100 acts from all over the world. Watch out for Brikkuni on Thursday from 9:30pm on the Roots Stage and Nicky Bomba’s improvised jam! Tickets from here.

The highly-anticipated Fashion Week started to strut its stuff last weekend, and what an auspicious start it has been. Tomorrow, make your way to the fort to see the vibrant designs of Tahlia which will recall the sunny sweetness of the summer months. Request an invite for a spot. Later on in the week, check out the new Ruby Carol collection, an inspiration of all things francaise, interlaced with influences from the ‘70s punk movement and the ‘80s new wave. There’s no need to ask for an invite in this case – just get there early to find a spot!
Back to the good old days:
Ongoing from 6pm – 9pm: Luna Park - Manoel Island, Gzira
Luna Park - Manoel Island via Facebook
There’s something innocent and pure about a fun park. Maybe it’s the childhood memories associated with the candy floss and rides, or else it’s the mindless fun, freeing you from every care in the world. Whatever it is, this week – and every week up until the end of July - gives you the chance to taste doughnuts, waffles, and ride those bumping cars and teacups at the Luna Park in Manoel Island. If you want an adrenalin rush, there will even be a rollercoaster!
Oh ay matey:

Sh!t Theatre: Drink Rum With Expats via Facebook
Get a taste of the Caribbean with some rum at The Pub tonight or, else, at la Bottega in Valletta on Thursday night. Tonight’s event is bound to be a favourite, with expats coming together to experience a show based on the experiences of “island-monkeys Becca and Louise” (their words, not ours). This forms part of the Valletta 2018 project called Latitude 36, a socially engaged audio-visual arts project focusing on the Maltese diasporic community. And, on Thursday, rum will be served in special cocktails at La Bottega, also in Valletta, and there will even be free canapes.

The bar and restaurant is also offering a new menu so you can munch happily away while listening to some swinging songs.
