The sixth edition of the Gozo Ceramics Festival may not have the fame or clout as some of the island's other festivals, but its set at a different pace altogether: one which aims to pass on the appreciation of the art form to young and old alike. Entrance is free to this event, which will see local and international artists come together to sculpt, hand model and throw on the potter’s wheel, much to the delight of guests who make it down there. And, there promises to be some spectacle with live fire juggling shows, torch lights and the firing of ceramic pieces.
