Yesterday was big day for Team Malta! The team kicked off the Under-16 Waterpolo World Championships in style, completely dominating Kazakhstan in a mostly one-sided match.

The local boys secured an impressive 16-6 victory, showcasing their skill and determination in the pool. Vice Captain Sam Engerer was the standout player of the match, scoring an incredible six goals out of the total 16. His exceptional performance set the tone for Malta's strong showing and highlighted the team's potential in the tournament.

With this significant win, Malta now turns its focus to a crucial match tonight against Romania. The team is poised and ready to continue their winning streak, buoyed by their recent success.
