The show will be taking place this weekend.
Local hip-hop dance group ‘Southville Dancers’ is hard at work gearing up for its newest show, Mohba, debuting this very weekend.
This highly-anticipated performance is based on the various meanings that its title holds.
Mohba, which roughly translates to ‘hiding place’, perfectly encapsulates everything that the show is representing.
“This production will portray the different perspectives of a ‘Mohba’ through our narrator and movements,” the group wrote on social media.
“Everyone hides things, or not? Maybe we even hide our true selves! Is it possible that we are all trying to find our safe place and get-away after all? Ultimately, is Mohba a positive or negative concept? All this might depend on perspective,” it continued.
The crew’s highly-talented dancers won’t be telling the Mohba story on their own…
