WATCH: Explore Malta’s secluded and hidden Daisy Bay in Qrendi
The perfect spot to get away from the crowds.

In his latest vlog, local explorer Pierre Farrugia has taken his viewers on a journey, exploring one of Malta’s many secluded beaches, Daisy Bay.

He started of his hike from Hagar Qim and then followed the cliffs alongside the stunning Wied-Zurrieq.

During his hike leading to the beach he was welcomed by some magnificent views of the breath-taking island of Fifla.

As he continued hiking alongside the tracks, Pierre moved to the cliff’s edge and he showed us some sublime views of the huge waves crashing up the rocks.

Pierre also came across the ‘Hamrija Tower’ which was built in the year 1659 as the twelfth tower from the DeRedin towers project.

A few metres after he passed by the tower, he came across the path leading down to this often forgotten beach, Daisy Bay.

Unfortunately, the beach was quite full with waste and rubbish that had washed ashore due to waves at sea.

Nonetheless, even though the beach was quite small, it’s still the perfect spot if you want to enjoy a dip while trying to get away from the big crowds.
