Viva, viva il-Karnival! The winners of this year's special edition competition have been announced

This year, we didn't get to celebrate Carnival in the tradition way due to the ongoing pandemic. However, the creative people at Festivals Malta, through the Carnival Organizing Team, came up with a cool competitions so that local fanatics could still have a taste of that beloved Carnival feel. Today, Festivals Malta has announced the results related to the competitive Carnival 2021 competitions.

Festivals Malta thanked the participants, collaborators, members of the jury and everyone who in any way took part in this special edition of this year’s Carnival. Check out the results below!

COMPETITION - Artistic Installations

First Prize: ‘X’Ferħa Ħadu l-Maltin Meta l-Pirati Daħlu bil-Vaċċin’ by Alvin Livori and Clint Zammit - Dreamteam Carnival Company

Second Prize: ‘Gidma Frankajtlek u bil-Ganċ Salvajtek’ by Charlie – Tal-Banda Carnival Company
